Shipping, refunds and cancellations

These terms cover orders placed on the Kaalaiyan online shop. The shop is run by Sennkarathaaan Food And Beverages (trade name KAALAIYAN), L&T Bypass Road, SF No. 249/3F, Palathurai Road Junction, Madukkarai, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu 641105. GSTIN 33AEOFS9228L1ZC. FSSAI Lic. No. 12422003000556.

Shipping

• We deliver across India. Remote areas may take a little longer.
• We pack orders within 24 to 48 hours of payment. Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 working days, depending on where you are.
• Shipping is shown in your cart before you pay, and is free above the amount shown in the shop.
• If your order is late, lost or arrives damaged, write to us with your order number (see Contact).

Cancellations

• You can cancel within 12 hours of ordering, as long as we have not packed or shipped it yet.
• Once an order is packed or shipped it cannot be cancelled.
• A cancelled order is refunded in full to the way you paid, within 3 to 5 working days.

Returns and refunds

• You can return unopened, unused products in their original packing within 24 hours of delivery. Opened beverages cannot be returned, for hygiene and safety.
• To start a return, contact us with your order number and the reason. We will tell you how to send it back.
• Once we receive and check the product, we refund the way you paid, within 7 to 10 working days.
• Shipping charges are not refunded, unless the product was damaged or defective.

Damaged or defective products

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with a photo if you can. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, at no cost to you.
