About the site
kaalaiyan.in and its online shop are run by Sennkarathaaan Food And Beverages (trade name KAALAIYAN, GSTIN 33AEOFS9228L1ZC), L&T Bypass Road, SF No. 249/3F, Palathurai Road Junction, Madukkarai, Coimbatore 641105. It tells our story, sells our products online and lets you contact us about partnering with us.
Enquiries are not offers
Sending the partner form is an enquiry, not an application, order or contract. Any distributorship, franchise, supply or other arrangement is made only in a separate written agreement. Prices, margins and territories are confirmed only in writing by our team.
Buying from our shop
- Prices in the shop are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include GST. Shipping, if any, is shown in your cart before you pay.
- Payments are processed securely by Cashfree Payments. We never see or store your card or bank details.
- An order is confirmed once payment succeeds; you receive an order number starting with KGS. We may cancel and fully refund an order if a product is unavailable or a price was shown in error.
- We deliver within India only. Delivery times, cancellations, returns and refunds are set out in our Shipping, Refunds and Cancellations policy, which forms part of these terms.
- You must be 18 or older, or have a parent's or guardian's permission, to place an order.
Product information
We try to keep product details accurate. Pack sizes, flavours and availability can change and may differ by region. Always check the label on the product.
Our content
The Kaalaiyan name, the bull logo, our bottle designs, photographs, videos and text on this site belong to Kaalaiyan or are used with permission. You may not copy, reuse or imitate them without our written consent.
Film imagery
The cinema section celebrates a hundred years of Indian film. Images of film artists appear as a tribute. They do not mean that any artist, producer or studio endorses or is connected with Kaalaiyan.
Using the site properly
Do not misuse the site: no false enquiries, no attempts to break into or overload it, and no automated scraping.

Links to other sites, such as WhatsApp or social media, are run under their own terms.
Liability
The site is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses from using it or from any interruption to it.
